1. About these terms

These terms apply when you order custom patches from PatchYours through patchyours.com. Placing an order means you accept them. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order rather than after.

2. Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote assumes the specification you gave us. If the design, size or quantity changes, we will send an updated price before proceeding. If a quote states an expiry date, that date applies. Otherwise, we will confirm the price before you pay.

3. Proofs and approval

We produce a digital proof for every order. You are responsible for checking it carefully — including spelling, colours, dimensions and layout. Production follows the approved proof exactly.

Once you approve a proof, it becomes the agreed specification for your order. If an error was present in the proof you approved, a remake is chargeable. If we deviate from the approved proof, the remake is free.

4. Artwork and intellectual property

By sending us artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that producing it as a patch does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you supplied. We reserve the right to decline any order we believe infringes third-party rights, or that we consider offensive or unlawful.

You keep all rights in your own artwork. We keep the rights in the production files we create from it. We will ask for your permission before showing your artwork or finished patches in our portfolio or on social media.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in PatchYours's stated currency and exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless the quote says otherwise. Payment is due after proof approval and, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, before production begins.

6. Production and delivery

Standard production is 7-10 business days after proof approval and payment. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If a parcel is confirmed lost, our shipping and returns policy explains how we will remake and reship it.

7. Quantity

The quantity in your accepted quote is the quantity we agree to supply. If we cannot supply that quantity, we will contact you to agree on a remedy before shipping.

8. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel free of charge at any time before approving your proof. After production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind, because they cannot be resold. Faulty or incorrect goods are covered by our shipping and returns policy.

9. Colour accuracy

Screens vary, and thread, felt and PVC each reproduce colour differently. We match as closely as the material allows and will tell you honestly what to expect. Minor colour variation between a screen proof and the finished patch is not a defect.

10. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or the cost of an event going ahead without your patches. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
