How jacket patches are made
Jacket patches are where you can go large. A back patch has room for detail that a three-inch crest never will — full illustrations, arched lettering, layered designs. The main things that change at this size are weight and attachment: a big patch needs a backing that will actually hold it, which in practice means sewing. We build large patches with reinforced edges specifically so they survive being stitched to a heavy garment and worn hard.

Jacket Patches FAQ
Can a big back patch be ironed on?
We do not recommend it. Large patches are heavy and the adhesive will eventually lift at the corners. Sew-on is the right answer for anything over about 6 inches.
Can you make a three-piece rocker set?
Yes. Top rocker, centre piece and bottom rocker, produced together so the curves and colours line up properly.
