Who we are
PatchYours ("we", "us") operates patchyours.com. If you have any question about how we handle your information, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to quote for and fulfil your order:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and company, when you submit a quote request or contact form.
- Order details — the patch type, size, quantity, backing, delivery destination, deadline and notes you send us.
- Referral details — campaign labels included in a link you followed, when you submit a quote request.
- Artwork — any files you upload or email to us.
- Delivery details — the shipping address you provide for your order.
- Technical data — Cloudflare processes information about requests to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and performance through a browser beacon.
We do not ask for payment card details through this site or by email. If an invoice offers card payment, you enter those details with the payment provider shown on its payment page.
Why we use it

- To keep your design on file for reorders, unless you ask us not to
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked us to, and we never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who else sees your data
We share the minimum necessary with the services that make the business run:
- Form delivery — Web3Forms passes your form submission to our inbox.
- File storage — Cloudinary stores artwork you upload through the quote form and gives us a link to it.
- Production partners — the artwork and order details needed to make your patches.
- Shipping couriers — your name and delivery address, so your parcel arrives.
- Payment services — the provider named on your invoice or payment page, if you choose a method that uses one.
- Hosting and analytics — Cloudflare serves and protects the site and provides Web Analytics.
- Fonts — your browser requests site fonts from Google Fonts.
These services and partners may process information in countries outside your own.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while we are responding to them and following up. We keep order records while needed to fulfil orders, resolve problems and meet accounting or other legal requirements. We keep production artwork while needed for an active order or a possible reorder, unless you ask us to remove it. When none of those reasons applies, we delete or anonymise the information. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; some order records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the UK or EU, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site visits and performance without analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use cookies needed to protect the site. We will update this notice if our use of cookies or analytics changes.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to order data to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
